Are you ready to drive transformation and lead from the front? As the Strategic HR BP you will have two direct reports and be a pivotal part of HR Functions integrations.

• Partner with key stakeholders across each division driving engagement and facilitation.
• Collaborate with the People Services team to ensure systems and processes are efficient and fit for purpose.
• Build leadership capability across all levels and work on talent management initiatives.

Who you will be:

As a Strategic HR Business Partner, you bring extensive experience in leading and implementing key projects and initiatives within large, complex organisations. You have experience working in unionised environments and managing conflicting priorities. Your strategic, adaptable mindset is one of your core strengths, complemented by your ability to lead teams and effectively manage diverse stakeholders.
