Interim Head of People Operations

A bit about the position:
We are looking for a strong HR generalist to assist an organisation through some of their cyclical activities as an Interim Head of People.

Leading a small team, you will be responsible for managing the remuneration cycle, liaising with key stakeholders, gaining an understanding of the market and industry benchmarks and making suggestions through to board level.

As well as providing generalist HR support to the business, you will work on engagement surveys, look at the policies and procedures in place and bring both a strategic and operational lens to the position.
  
A bit about you:
You will be a true HR generalist and enjoy providing both operational and strategic HR support. You will have experience managing remuneration rounds, working across multiple countries and have proven experience implementing best practice HR.

You will be practical and pragmatic, have experience working in a startup environment, and enjoy working in a fast paced, dynamic environment. You are commercial, systems savy and build exceptional relationships with your stakeholders.
