A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an HR Business Partner to join a dynamic financial services organisation. This is an exciting time to come on board as we prepare for significant growth and development.

A generalist HR role, you will be part of leadership meetings, ensuring we have the right people, processes and systems in place to deliver business objectives. Key focuses include ensuring that the business is set up for success, talent development and management, strategic workforce planning and transformation. You will partner closely with stakeholders across NZ and Australia, so an interest to learn Australian employment Law is a must.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Exposure to working in an Agile environment is beneficial.
• Experience or a strong interest in Australian employment law and Australasian experience would be a great advantage.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills – the ability to partner, adapt, and influence effectively.
• At least 5 years of HR Generalist experience and sound knowledge of employment law.
• A keen desire to learn and grow – our organisation offers extensive opportunities for development.
