About the role
Our client is looking for a strong administrator to join their team on a six-month fixed-term parental leave cover. This role will provide administrative support to the whole organisation getting involved in a variety of different tasks.
 
Duties

  • Managing and covering the reception  
  • Organising documents and completing administrative requests from the wider team
  • Property and facilities management
  • Answering queries surrounding the general office

  
Skills & experience

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service
  • Experience with Microsoft Office package
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Displays initiative and is proactive
  • Previous experience in administration type roles
