Our client is seeking an experienced People and Culture Business Partner to join their team on a permanent basis. You will bring proven experience looking after the full generalist remit and facets of HR, including, employee relations, talent management, people strategy and policy, organisational development, workforce planning, remuneration, systems and analytics, diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing.

We are looking for a forward thinking, practical operator, who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves and doing the doing, along with influencing and shaping thinking at the senior level. Your flexibility, collaborative style and strong relationship building skills will ensure your success in this environment.

You will bring:

Extensive experience in all aspects of the HR spectrum, particularly employment relations
A demonstrated track record as a trusted and credible HR Business Partner
You will understand the importance of data and how it informs strategy
A high degree of comfort working under pressure
Well-developed interpersonal skills that enable you to build effective relationships with stakeholders and influence when necessary to get desired outcomes
Empathy and natural ability to be flexible and work with ambiguity
