Tena koutou katoa Ko Eugene Ng  toku Ingoa Ko Marēhia (Malaysia) te whakapaparanga mai engari Ko Ahuriri au e noho ana He Director au i H2R Tena kotu, tena kotu, tenakotu, katoa I was born in Ipoh, Malaysia and emigrated to New Zealand in 1970 with my parents Margaret and Eddie. My father was contracted to coach the NZ badminton team for the 1974 Commonwealth Games.  I grew up in Napier (Ahuriri) from the age of four and commute between Bay View and Wellington with my wife Tina.  My parents who are now in their 80s, still live there. After graduating from Massey University in 1991, I worked in the Wellington recruitment industry for 30 years, initially at Morgan and Banks from 1991 to 1996 then Momentum from 1996 to 2003 as an Organisational Psychologist.  In 2004 I established H2R Consulting with some of my former colleagues initially as an organisational development consultancy then evolving into the full service recruitment agency it is today. I feel privileged to be part of the H2R whanau who have a culture of respect, teamwork and support.  Many of our whanau have been with H2R for well over 10 years and a few are the same people I started out in my career with over 30 years ago.

Jason has 18 years’ experience with H2R Consulting and his broad knowledge includes outplacement and change management, career coaching and personal development, workshop facilitation, mentoring and psychometric testing. He has a positive, empathetic, professional and engaging style, enabling him to connect with people across all professions, levels and sectors. Prior to joining H2R Consulting, Jason was a founding member of and Business Development Manager with audio-visual company VIDCOM. With an extensive background in Organisational Development and psychometric testing, he is a highly experienced practitioner of a broad range of assessment tools for both professional development and selection. Jason also has a Bachelor of Science degree majoring in Geology from Victoria University.
