H2R Consulting is looking on behalf of a Wellington based client for a talented Accounts Payable Specialist! This role is varied, working within a large team and organisation and offers the opportunity to transition to perm.

We are looking at conducting interviews ASAP, and the role starting in March 2025.

Details:

• 3 months assignment
• $35-$40.00 per hour
• City based
• Great team / supportive training
• WFH ability

Need to have: 

• Strong background and experience in AP processing and reporting
• Experience and skillset in multi bank account reconciliations (bank recs)
• IRD reconciliation experience an advantage
• Knowledge of AP automation as this is in the plans
• Be a driven people person who is self-lead
• Able to follow your nose and find the right people to talk to in the organisation

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong AP and Reconciliations experience to develop and grow within a large supportive finance team.
