About the role:

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will leverage your strong technical expertise and financial insight to lead critical updates on the Technology One platform.

This role is ideal for someone with a passion for technology, data analytics, and financial systems, eager to drive meaningful improvements in business processes.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Act as the main point of contact between stakeholders and the technology team for updates and improvements to the Technology One platform.
• Develop, run, and analyse financial reports, such as cost centre reports, depreciation reports and capital reports, ensuring accuracy and relevance for business decision-making.
• Participate in the integration of Power BI with Technology One, providing insights and ensuring seamless data migration.
• Collaborate with various teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within the financial reporting and SaaS management workflows.
• Provide ongoing support and training to users on the updated systems and reporting tools.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external data governance and reporting standards.

About you:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a SaaS environment, ideally with exposure to Technology One or similar platforms.
• Strong background in financial reporting, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI (or a willingness to quickly upskill) and experience in data visualization tools is a plus.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively across different teams and departments.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• A degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field is preferred.
