Change Communications Specialist
Do you have experience in Change Communications and are looking for a fixed-term opportunity?
About the role:
As part of the Transformation Office, you’ll play a key role in driving clear, strategic communications for upcoming HR change initiatives. You’ll develop and execute impactful communication plans that support each piece of the change, ensuring stakeholders remain informed and engaged throughout the process.
While a core framework is already in place, you’ll refine it, identify potential risks, and tailor messaging to reflect the values and culture of the organisation. Kaupapa Māori principles will be embedded throughout your approach, ensuring culturally responsive communication.
