About the role
Play a crucial part in ensuring smooth administrative operations, handling various responsibilities, and working both independently and collaboratively. As the Corporate Administrator, your responsibilities will range from routine data entry and file management to managing supplies and handling incoming and outgoing correspondence.

Duties

  • Data entry, including processing new applications into the system
  • Managing postage and couriers
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Drafting and sending letters
  • Managing and clearing the general enquiries inbox
  • File management, scanning, and handling records
  • Supporting with ad hoc tasks as required

Skills & experience

  • Experience in similar administrative or HR roles
  • High integrity and the ability to handle confidential information
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Proactive, with strong common sense and a pragmatic approach
