About the role
Support senior executives with critical tasks, ensuring their time and attention are focused on business goals and priorities. This role is essential to the smooth running of the leadership function and provides variety, responsibility, and opportunities to make an impact.

Duties

  • Provide comprehensive calendar management in a fast-changing environment.
  • Manage travel arrangements and coordinate virtual and in-person meetings.
  • Handle procurement, expense approvals, reporting, and onboarding/offboarding of staff.
  • Create high-quality reports and presentations aligned with brand standards.
  • Manage special projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Skills & experience

  • Proven experience in a similar executive support role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
