A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Finance Business Partner to join a well-established and dynamic organisation. This position is ideal for an experienced finance professional looking to make a meaningful impact by providing high-quality financial analysis and insights to senior leaders.

About the role:

The Finance Business Partner will play a key role in delivering detailed financial reporting and analysis, ensuring organisational performance targets are met and providing actionable insights to support decision-making. Working closely with the Head of Finance, this role bridges high-level financial strategies with operational execution.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Assist in the preparation of month-end results, quarterly forecasts, and annual budgets
  • Act as the Business Intelligence champion, ensuring the integrity of data and reports
  • Develop automated and dynamic reporting models using Business Intelligence and Excel
  • Provide in-depth analysis of customer and product trends, focusing on key financial indicators and margin trends
  • Prepare reporting packs for leadership meetings, business reviews, and Board reports
  • Lead the development of operational productivity reporting and budget coordination
  • Prepare business cases for key projects, including lease renewals and capital expenditure
  • Develop Oracle BI dashboards for financial KPI benchmarking
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

  About you:

  • Proven experience as an Accountant with strong commercial insight
  • Advanced financial modelling skills and proficiency in Excel, including handling high volumes of data
  • Familiarity with Oracle Business Intelligence, Power BI, and Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships across all levels
  • A CA qualification (or equivalent) and a degree in accounting or a related field

The successful individual will be proactive, detail-focused, and solutions-oriented. Strong organisational skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.
