Our client are navigating through a change process and are seeking an HR Advisor to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Reporting directly to the HR Manager and working closely with the HR Business Partner, you’ll be instrumental in driving forward key administrative and coordination tasks while also contributing to more strategic aspects of change management.

This is a hands-on role requiring a seasoned professional with a strong HR background. You’ll be at the forefront of coordinating and supporting change initiatives, including drafting position descriptions, setting up hui, managing large volumes of documentation, and working alongside change leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Expertise – Create and draft position descriptions, ensuring they align with the overall change strategy. Strong HR knowledge is crucial, including understanding the legal implications and requirements in various HR processes.
  • Change Management Support – Work closely with change leaders, to ensure smooth implementation of change initiatives. Some familiarity with change proposals and the logistics around this would be beneficial.
  • Coordination & Administration – Provide high-level coordination of meetings and document management. Prepare documents, manage large spreadsheets, and use mail merge effectively for communication and tracking.

Required Skills & Attributes:

  • Technology Proficiency – Comfortable working in MS Teams, Word, and spreadsheets. Proficiency in formatting documents in Word and managing large-scale documents in Word and Excel is a must.
  • Working with Ambiguity – You’ll need to be agile, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment, knowing when to ask for help.
  • Team Collaboration – Work alongside and provide support to the HR Business Partner and other change leaders.
