HR Generalist Contractor Opportunities

About the Opportunity: We’re building a talent pool of HR Generalists with an hourly rate between $90-$100 per hour.
  
Ideal Candidates: We are looking for individuals with a strong generalist background who have experience in:

• Remuneration and Benefits: Structuring and advising on remuneration packages.
• Employee Relations & Disciplinary Matters: Managing employee concerns, disputes, and ensuring fair resolution processes.
• Policy & Processes: Creating, updating, and implementing HR policies to align with organisatonal goals.
• Recruitment: Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Change Management: Experience guiding and/or leading an organisations through change
