A fantastic opportunity for a commercially focused HR Manager has arisen within this well-known commercial business. 
  
As the HR Manager you will provide strategic HR support to your business leaders supporting them to achieve their objectives.  A true generalist HR role, you will have a strong background in change management, employee relations, industrial relations, and workforce planning and experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced operational or manufacturing environment.
  

About you and what you will bring:

• Significant generalist HR experience, across the full HR remit with strengths in ER/IR
• Exceptional communication skills that can be used to influence and get buy in from stakeholders
• Strong stakeholder management and a collaborative approach
• Proven experience working in an operational and unionised environment
• A commercial focus
