About the Role:

Our client is seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Coordinator for a 6-month temporary contract to support our busy HR team. This role is perfect for someone with HR coordination experience and a background in supporting with project work. You’ll play a pivotal role in reducing backlogs, improving processes, and keeping their HR systems running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with backlog management such as ensuring up to date compliance checks
  • Assisting with process improvements by supporting with document updates, standardising responses and handbook updates. 
  • Maintaining and updating the HRIS system  
  • Providing support to the wider team and assisting with any HR Coordinator overflow tasks 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 2-3 years experience as an HR coordination with a proven ability to manage and streamline processes and work within key HR projects.
  • Skills: Strong HR operations background and familiarity with HRIS systems.
  • Attributes: A self-starter with a “can-do” attitude, excellent attention to detail, and a sense of urgency to get things done.
  • Passion: Enthusiastic about improving systems and creating efficient workflows.
