About the Role:

An exciting HR Business Partner position has arisen due to internal promotions within our client’s team. In this role, you will:

• Manage the full generalist HR remit and partner closely with stakeholders at all levels, from team managers to GMs.
• Provide expert advice and coaching on HR best practices around ER and cyclical activities.
• Conduct data analysis and present strategic recommendations in meaningful ways.
• Collaborate with business units across the Pacific, gaining insights into local legislation and cultural contexts.
• This is a permanent, 32-hour-per-week position, perfect for those looking to reduce their hours while still making a significant impact.

Who you will be:

You will have strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills, and a strategic HR approach, along with proficiency in Workday, Power BI and Excel. A background in corporate, fast-paced, and collaborative environments is essential, with experience in insurance being a plus. You will have at least three years of experience working at a partner level and be a natural relationship builder with strong influencing skills to gain stakeholder engagement and buy in. Your high attention to detail, coupled with strong organisational and planning abilities, allows you to effectively anticipate and prepare for future needs.
