This is not your typical Tech Lead position; we’re looking for a seasoned Solutions Architect with deep integration expertise and Microsoft platform experience. You’ll serve as the critical technical conduit between multiple vendors and the core programme team, ensuring that newly developed systems meet their intended goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership: Act as a hands-on technical leader, setting integration best practices and offering guidance on platform deployment.
• Solution Architecture & Integration: Use your development and integration background to architect solutions, ensuring seamless connections across databases, hosting environments, and applications.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with multiple external vendors, ensuring technical consistency and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Platform Expertise: Apply your knowledge of Microsoft Azure and related technologies. (Experience with MuleSoft is advantageous but not mandatory.)
• Capability Building: Mentor teams, guide technical decisions, and help build internal capability to support these digital identity solutions effectively.

About You:

• Proven experience as a Solutions Architect with a strong focus on integration.
• A career path that includes hands-on development, progression into integration, and leading high-level technical initiatives.
• In-depth familiarity with Microsoft Azure platforms.
• Ideally some exposure to MuleSoft, though not required.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate architectural vision into practical execution.
