H2R Technology is currently looking for an IT Project Manager to support a fast-growing Saas organisation based in Wellington. 

This organisation is a growing leader in its domain with people, technology, and purpose enabling its success. 

Your role will be to manage end to end delivery from project scope, timeline, resources, monitoring, and tracking of the projects. Success will be when the project teams are aligned for successful delivery. 

This is an intermediate level role leading the delivery of a range of IT infrastructure, and security focused projects within a wider project/programme management team. I am looking for a candidate that can confidently deliver, manage risks, identify areas for process improvement, and grow within the role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver projects using best practice methods such as Agile to ensure planning and delivery
• Plan, monitor (risks, issues, actions), and deliver the project
• Backlog prioritization, process improvement, stakeholder analysis (risk & impact assessment)
• Project/product roadmap planning
• Facilitate workshops

Key Experience Required:

• Experience managing & delivering software and infrastructure focused projects
• Confident in requirements gathering (capture, modelling, testable features, stories, acceptance criteria)
• Experience delivering in an Agile environment
• 3-5 years’ experience delivering and managing IT Projects

This is a permanent role in wellington with a salary banding of up to $110,000.00 and a range of employee benefits and growth pathways.
