Are you an experienced HR Advisor/emerging senior looking for a great fixed term HR role? Our client is looking for a People Consultant to join their team for a 7-month fixed term starting asap!
This is a generalist HR role providing advice, support and guidance to managers and employees across the business, you’ll be responsible for supporting and leading less complex ER related issues including performance management and ER case work as well as providing support for other HR projects including change, performance, talent and remuneration reviews.
The ideal candidate will come with a working understanding of HR disciplines, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build good relationships with key stakeholders.
