This is a sole charge HR role for a business with around 100 staff. You will be responsible for providing general HR support and advice to managers across the business. This will include HR policy development and compliance, employee relations, recruitment, onboarding and training. This role will also be responsible for supporting their payroll functionality.
To be considered for this opportunity, you will bring:
- Previous HR advisory experience and come with minimum 3 years working experience in a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Resilience and a Pragmatic approach.
You could come from working in HR advisory, running a small business, office or operations management or a role that has had responsibility for looking after HR alongside your other work!
