H2R is currently looking for a Project Manager to join a PMO team and pick up an inflight piece of work. This project is centred around finding the best way to optimise changes that have already come into effect. 

At the heart of this organisation, in everything they do; they want to make sure that the user experience is maximised. The MVP for this project had been delivered, but they need someone to help oversee the business process change iterations through to delivery in July. 
 
Key requirements for this project:

• Business process change project (strong internal/external change management considerations)
• Continue having an excellent customer experiences and support our staff whilst implementing this change
• The core implementation of this initiative had been delivered & the  project currently doing a number of iterations to determine how the process will run once it’s transitioned from the project into operations
• Working with cross-functional teams with a focus on enabling their front of house staff and providing a user friendly customer experience 
• Strong collaborative project leadership, great reporting/financial management/stakeholder and relationship management required
• The ability and willingness to work in a bicultural environment
