We’re continuing to see demand for experienced Senior Advisors with expertise in employment relations and are currently recruiting a mix of Permanent and Fixed Term roles, with flexible start dates to either join before Christmas or in the New Year.

You will bring to this role deep experience within an employment relations environment or as an HR generalist.  You will also have the following:

• Strong background and experience with ER cases (including settlements and mediation)
• A confident communicator with the ability to influence
• Confidence to apply your skills across a breadth of HR disciplines, including performance management and competency frameworks
