We are looking for an experienced BUSINESS FOCUSSED Senior Business Analyst with strong process design, data analysis and continuous improvement foundations to work on a Programme of business improvement initiatives with multiple workstreams.

You will be a;

• Senior BA with extensive experience working in business-based implementation projects (not an IT Technical BA)
• Strong process design, data analysis and continuous improvement practitioner with the ability to bring strategic thinking and shaping to business problems across multiple concurrent workstreams. 
• mentor who can support junior BAs, and support non-project minded business SMEs to be a part of the delivery mechanism. 

You will be passionate about people, process and data with a strong people and customer focus who is relationship-based with exemplary stakeholder engagement skills.
