We are looking for an experienced Senior Change Analyst who has potential to move into a Change Manager role.

You will have in experience in and be involved in;

• Development of high-level and detailed Change Impact Analyses across a range of impacted groups, socialise and agree the impacts with the business
• The development of business acceptance test cases and project implementation verification testing requirements
• Planning and execution of business acceptance testing and project implementation verification to support releases
• Assess business process design and redesign relating to change
• Monitoring the uptake of new processes and functionality by users, identifying issues, supporting the escalation to the right part of the Programme, communicating back to business teams 
• Developing and supporting temporary workarounds and data fixes through analysis, consultation, design and implementation activities
• Representing the Programme with different business groups, and explaining the rationale behind changes in different forums
• Ensuring that stakeholders and Product Owners understand the impacts of changes or defects so that they have the right information to use in prioritising stories
