We are seeking a driven and experienced HR Advisor to join an NZ owned operational organisation. This position is perfect for someone who excels in HR generalist work and has a strong understanding of HR processes. The ideal candidate will have the skills to advise on all HR functions. Key Responsibilities:

• Advising managers on best HR practices
• Running low-mid level disciplinaries and performance improvement programs
• Help build leadership capabilities
• Supporting remuneration reviews
• End-to-end recruitment support

Skills and Experience:

• Strong knowledge and understanding of generalist HR practices at an advisory level
• Open to those with an internal recruitment background who has a highly level of HR knowledge
• Understands how to work within an operational environment
• Flexible and adaptable
• Willingness to help out where needed
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or, a related field
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Must have valid NZ working rights
