DIA’s Te Ara Manaaki programme is seeking a Senior Data and Insights Analyst on a 6-month fixed term to lead data-driven decision-making initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead research and analysis to support evidence-based decision-making within Te Ara Manaaki.
• Develop cost-to-serve and benefit realisation models, supporting financial and operational analysis.
• Prepare and present data insights to senior leadership, guiding strategic planning.
• Mentor and support programme analysts to build data capability within the team.

• Proven experience working with large datasets and performance measurement systems.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like SAS, Excel, and PowerBI.
• Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to diverse audiences.
