H2R Technology is currently recruiting a Solution Architect/ Technical Delivery Manager to lead a print modernization project on a contract basis until the end of 2025 initially.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and document the enterprise print operating model and service description.
- Define functional and non-functional requirements for the print service.
- Assess print service solutions (e.g., Papercut, YSoft) and recommend the best approach.
- Lead the design, implementation, and validation of the print service solution.
- Create and maintain an implementation dependency run-sheet and project tracking in ADO.
- Develop a decommissioning plan for legacy print services.
- Execute a Proof of Concept (PoC) and pilot implementation to validate the new print service.
- Oversee full implementation and ensure compliance with security and IT policies.
- Manage the phased decommissioning of legacy print solutions with minimal disruption.
- Ensure effective documentation and knowledge transfer to IT teams.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly and concisely.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a structured approach to challenges.
- Deep expertise in enterprise print management solutions (Papercut, YSoft, Equitrac, etc.).
- Strong understanding of print infrastructure, secure print, and cloud-native printing solutions.
- Experience in enterprise solution architecture, including API integrations, authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML, AD/LDAP), and microservices.
- Expertise in requirements gathering, solution selection, and vendor management.
- Experience executing Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives and benchmarking performance.
- Knowledge of implementation strategies, change management, and migration planning.
- Experience with security and compliance standards related to enterprise printing.
- Ability to document technical designs, processes, and training materials effectively.
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills, with experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing enterprise-scale print service rollouts.
- Familiarity with IT security frameworks and best practices for secure printing.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive successful project delivery.
